Refund policy

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. All goods must be returned as shipped, unworn, unwashed with original tags in place.

We strongly advise returns are sent via tracked post in the case of damaged or missing items. Please retain the proof of postage and tracking information for your reference. Items will remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. 

Failure to return items within 14 days could result in the refund not being issued.

In your delivery, you will have received a Return Form. Please complete this form and include with any returned items.

It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or odorous.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 

We will refund your payment upon receiving your item. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund, hence we advise you to allow up to 10 days from goods being received to seeing the refund in your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.

You may also return items to our store within 14 days for a refund to the original payment method or a gift voucher. Please ensure that you take your delivery note with you as proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to the store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.

Please note - Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards.

Occasionally due to stock issues, we may have to cancel items within your order because we are unable to fulfil them. In this case, we will contact you regarding an alternative item or a refund. 

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you and offer a full refund or an alternative item should you wish.
